Important before you go

  • Always check time, place, price, tickets and last-minute changes with the organizer before attending.
  • Bailar.info helps with discovery, but it is not automatically the organizer, ticket provider or official contact for an event.
  • If you find a mistake, you can send a correction so the data can be improved faster.

Where does event data come from?

Event data can come directly from organizers, submitted flyers, community tips, public event pages or publicly available social-media information. We keep source context where possible so later corrections stay traceable.

What does Bailar Research mean?

Bailar Research means an event was not maintained directly by the organizer in Bailar.info. It was found through public research or community tips. These entries are useful for discovery, but should be checked with the organizer before attending.

Which fields do we check?

We focus on the fields dancers need before visiting an event:

  • Event name
  • Date and time
  • Place and city
  • Dance style
  • Price
  • Ticket link
  • Website or social link
  • Flyer and organizer notes

Why can event details change at short notice?

Organizers can change times, locations, prices, line-ups or ticket links at short notice. Sometimes details appear only on a flyer, Instagram or a ticket shop. That is why we do not give a guarantee and recommend checking the official source.

How can I request a correction?

Use the report function in the app or website, or send us the correct link/flyer by WhatsApp or Telegram. The more specific the correction, the faster we can update date, time, price, place or link.

How can organizers submit official details?

Organizers can submit events directly or send flyers and public links. Official organizer details are the best source because they reduce mistakes and make updates easier.

Organizer details, community tips and public research

Organizer details come directly from the event or festival team. Community tips come from users who report an event. Public research means Bailar.info added an event from publicly available information. This distinction helps you judge reliability.

Organizer responsibility

Organizers remain responsible for official details, tickets, prices, entry rules, cancellations and changes. Bailar.info provides an overview and improves data when we receive new or corrected information.

Data quality FAQ

Is Bailar.info the organizer?

Usually no. Bailar.info displays event information, but it does not replace the official organizer. Please check details with the organizer before attending.

How current is the data?

We update data from available sources and corrections. Events can still change at short notice, especially time, place, price or ticket links.

Where do I report wrong prices or times?

You can report an event in the app or on the website, or send us the correct flyer or link by WhatsApp or Telegram.

Why do some events say "Bailar Research"?

It means the event was found through public research or community tips and is not maintained directly by the organizer.

Can organizers maintain their profile?

Yes. Organizer profiles are prepared for official information, links and contact details, and can be expanded for cleaner self-management.
